Hourly parking can be found at the parking garage in the 500 block of East Market Street and the 200-300 block of Water Street. There is also 15 minute and 30 minute parking available in the lots next to City Hall and on East Market Street. Proceed to pedestrian mall. Our entrance is located adjacent the Hallmark Card shop. Our offices are at the top of the stairs.
